Terms & Conditions – DFM Greenland India

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by DFM Greenland India (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Provision

  • We provide pest control and management services throughout Kerala, India, as described on our website and in our service agreements.
  • The specific services provided will be detailed in the service agreement or quote provided to the Client.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide services in a timely and professional manner.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the property and pest infestation.
  • The Client must ensure that the property is accessible to our technicians at the scheduled service time.
  • The Client must follow any instructions provided by our technicians regarding pre- and post-treatment preparations.
  • The Client is to keep children and pets away from areas being treated during the service time, and for the length of time our technician advises.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, & UPI payments.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
  • Quoted prices are subject to change if the scope of the work changes, or if previously unknown conditions are discovered.

5. Service Guarantee and Liability

  • We offer a 30-day service guarantee on certain services, as detailed in the service agreement.
  • The guarantee covers re-treatment for the specific pests covered in the original service.
  • We are not liable for any consequential damages or losses resulting from pest infestations or our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
  • We do not guarantee the elimination of pests that originate from neighboring properties.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • The Client must provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Use of Chemicals

  • We use industry-standard pest control chemicals and follow all safety guidelines.
  • The Client will be informed of any potential risks associated with the chemicals used.
  • The client is to inform the technician of any allergies, or sensitivities to chemicals that anyone residing at the location may have.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and in our service materials is our intellectual property.
  • The Client may not reproduce or distribute our content without our permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website.
  • Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
